Commercial HVAC design and installation in Auckland
At Ace Air Conditioning we design and build HVAC packages for commercial projects, from concept designs and budgets right through to installation, sign off and handover.
From design to sign off
This includes concept designs and budgets right through to heat load calculations and ventilation calculations. We submit the design, including full AutoCAD drawings, for PS1 council consent. Following approval we carry out the installation as per the design, sign off the PS3 and hand over documents on completion.

All electrical work is carried out by fully qualified electricians, who provide an Electrical COC on completion.
Finally, our service technicians commission every system to the manufacturer’s guidelines and give you a full demonstration of its operation and maintenance.
